任职要求/岗位职责

主要职责：- 介绍、推广、提供技术支持服务给规划地区的客户，定期拜访船东、船厂以保持良好关系及取得市场信息；- 跟进规划地区的项目，紧密协调、协助项目相关人员以确保佐敦产品的使用；- 通过协调公司内部的客户服务部、实验室、技术服务及其它关联部门，来确保向客户及时供货及提供良好客户服务，以达到公司目标、个人销售指标及增长市场份额；- 根据协议条款，跟进客户付款情况，以保证公司按时收到货款，缩短帐龄。职位要求：- 大学或以上学历，船舶与海洋、化学工程、或防腐等相关专业；- 至少七年相关工作经验，涂料行业为佳；- 熟悉涂料产品；- 以客户服务与关系为导向，具有良好沟通能力和分析解决问题能力；- 英语好 (CET-4 或更高等级) , 且计算机使用熟练。Responsibility:- Introduce, promote and provide technical advising service to customers by regularly visiting the yachts owners and shipyards to maintain good service level and obtain market information.-Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used .-Ensure timely delivery and good customer service by co-ordinating with Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical Service and other departments, with the purpose to achieve company goals, personal sales budget and increase market share.-Ensure customer payment is received by monitoring collection within agreed terms to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
