职责描述：The position is responsible for activities and development of assigned IFF accounts and support IFF desk manager for IFF management and special trade development within China region by the sales work to continuously optimize IFF performance and contribute to company commercial targets.IFF Accounts Management:To ensure that IFF Accounts of CMA CGM are developed and served well all-around CHINATo ensure business development of assigned IFF accounts, finalize a business plan for each account and monitor the developments and results through the year. To ensure the smooth co-ordination between Shanghai and Branch contacts for efficient service offered to IFF Accounts regular visits to IFF accounts To act as an entry point for HO/RO and Global work for necessary assistance Off tender/free handle/spot business development and quotation To put in place and monitor the coordination of the regular booking forecasts by the IFF team with customer and Trade teamsSpecial focus on INBOUND or INTRA ASIA trade: to develop INBOUND FOB business with assigned IFF accounts to drive and push INBOUND volume within work to further develop INTRA ASIA business opportunity with assigned IFF accounts Other tasks assigned by China IFF Desk Sales Manager任职要求：1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, with 5+ years of relevant working experience in shipping industry2. Experience in inbound or Intra Asia trade is a plus.3. Sound record within the industry and being familiar with China shipping market with extensive relationship4. Possess commercial skills, professional, autonomous with strong ability to drive forward5. Business acumen and results oriented, analytical, resourceful and able to work in a highly dynamic environment6. Good communication/negotiation/reporting skills7. Fluent in English and mandarin
